In order to avoid sending letters that will be marked as spam and sent to your clients trash bin, you will need to follow these 4 simple rules in order to avoid this from happening.

1. It is important that all communication should be sent through permission marketing, this signifies that all of your clients/users have given explicit permission to be sent electronic bulletins. Use the subscription forms provided by Newslettersoft in order to make sure that the address that is provided is being reached by the newsletter.

2. Don´t use databases where you are unaware how the contacts were obtained, the better databases are more expensive. Also, don´t trust the offers, a lot of times the addresses have been obtained through some type of fraud. Don´t forget that your company is responsible, and incase of any law infraction the privacy law will respond to the Data Protection Agency.

3. It would be counterproductive to include addresses that have not given consent to receive information. The majority of webmail Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail… all permit users to reject mail that they consider to be Spam, when they exceed a certain level, which in turn will mark all company sent communications as Spam,  undesireable mail, and are therefore immediately sent to the trash bin of rejected mail. If you follow the saying ´Less is more¨ you can be sure that your communications will not be rejected.

4. Use common courtesy and send people newsletters that don´t contain solicit information that could damage your companie´s image. No one likes to be bothered with unwanted information, so don´t bother the people that could become your future clients.

This may seem like obvious advice, however if not properly followed, it could jeapordize the success of your emailing and newsletters.
